Official Rules: Modlite/Noxon Flashlight Giveaway

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

By participating in the Modlite/Noxon Flashlight Giveaway (the "Giveaway"), entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.

1. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the Continental United States (CONUS) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Modlite Systems (the "Sponsor"), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

2. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on March 16th, 2026, at 1:00 PM CST and ends on March 23rd, 2026, at 11:59 PM CST (the "Giveaway Period"). All entries must be received within the Giveaway Period.

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must enter their real name and email at the official giveaway lander (this webpage) or pop-up on Modlite.com.

Limit one (1) entry per person during the entire Giveaway Period. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries, and that entrant may be disqualified.

4. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one (1) Custom Modlite® HOG Handheld (Approximate Retail Value: $375). The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative or prize substitution is allowed, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. The winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize receipt.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) potential winner will be selected by a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will take place on or about March 23rd, 2026. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be notified by email within 1 business day of the drawing using the email address provided at entry. The potential winner must respond to the notification email within 3 days of the date of notification and provide any requested information to claim the prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time frame, or is found to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Marketing Consent

By submitting your email address, you agree to receive marketing communications from Modlite Systems. You may unsubscribe from these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe link in the emails.

7. Data Privacy

We value your privacy. The data collected during this Giveaway, including your email address, will be used solely for the purpose of administering this Giveaway and for marketing communications as outlined in Section 6. We will NOT sell, rent, or otherwise distribute your personal data to third parties.

8. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, the Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified.

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Modlite Systems, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.
